Seeking qualified IT Analyst w/Bachelors in CS or Engg or IT & 24 months of related work experience as an IT Professional to Define and refine the business process model within the assigned functional area. Work closely with the Project Manager and Delivery Manager to ensure project deliverables are on time and meet business expectations. Lead interactions with the client and gather requirements via interviews and workshops. Partner with the other Business Process Functional Teams, Application Development Teams, Technology Services Teams as well as the end users to analyze, design, develop, modify, test, and implement software solutions and applications to satisfy MSAs business requirements. Experience in developing business solutions and applications using Business Process Management Tools. Experience in developing & reviewing Test Strategy/plan, Test cases, Test scripts based on Business Functional Requirements & Technical Specification documents. Develop standards and procedures for the testing phases and streamlined processes for efficiency and strong understanding of UAT testing methodologies and practice. Establish the goals and policies of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling functions across a continuum of projects. Travel may be required to unanticipated work site locations.
